Lets make a change together

Hi my fellow friends,

I will be posting nutrition advice from recipes to easy make snacks. I will also be sharing great exercises to tone those tough spots like the abs and the thighs. Stay tuned!

    I can't wait for the recipes as I too love good healthy snacks and try to stay from a lot of junk and keep my kids from it as well. I need a lot of kid friendly snacks that can be put in the freezer and popped out. I would love to make a bunch of granola without raisins because my whole family except my husband can't stand them.
    My thought on the unit two exercise was how relaxing can help with eating and weight loss. How doctors are always saying don't go to a gym and by a membership just some equipment and and relax your body with like yoga and meditation and just do this as many nights a week as possible and your body will be as thin as you like in no time. I would love to get into yoga and get my kids into because I also heard that it helps with mental disorders as well. I also am one for aromatherapy and visualization of waterfalls and meadows and flowers and things like that. Looking forward to more conversations.
